Shipping policy

Shipping Prices

We offer free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.95 at checkout.

Carriers

All items are shipped via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and include full tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are normally shipped within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Some items may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing. Most packages arrive within 7–10 business days of shipment. Please allow extra time during holiday or seasonal sales.

Restrictions

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

International Shipping

At this time, Ashina Zen ships within the United States only.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist. Ashina Zen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
