Refund policy
At Ashina Zen, we want every order to bring comfort and joy into your home. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.
- Due to their personal nature, soaps, candles, wax melts, and other self-care items cannot be returned once opened or used.
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within the 14-day window and we’ll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@ashinazen.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Gift Returns
If you received an Ashina Zen item as a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit for the value of the item once it’s returned.
